The present day Israel, is being ruled by mostly God-fearing persons. They reverence Almighty God, and put Him first in whatever they do. It’s very rare to get Israel top rulers in occult. God is their real ruler; while He uses humans in various categories, to carry out instructions.
There is nothing like separating politics from religion, in this land of God. Those in governance, work harmoniously with religious rulers to serve the LORD and humanity. The kings –President and other political leaders- Scribes, Priests and other religious leaders are addressed as Princes. God can speak to them in supernatural means; or through His written word like the Torah and Bible.
Only ungodly rulers anywhere in the world, insist on separating politics from religion. They want to keep God away from their idolatrous administration. They will suffer the consequences, if they turn their backs against God their creator. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD.
“And in those times there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in, but great vexations were upon all the inhabitants of the countries. And nation was destroyed of nation, and city of city: for God did vex them with all adversity” –2Chronicles 15: 5-6.
God has sustained and preserved Israel, despite being surrounded by hostile neighbours. Just as mountains are roundabout Jerusalem, so is the LORD roundabout them that fear Him.
There was war between Israel, and a coalition of Arab states (primarily Egypt, Syria, and Jordan) from 5th to 10th June 1967. Despite her small military size, God helped Israel to defeat the Arabs in that war. Within six days, the Jews were able to capture and occupy territories like: Golan Heights from Syria, West Bank (including East Jerusalem) from Jordan, Gaza Strip and Sinai Peninsula from Egypt.
The Jews deployed about 100,000 troops, while the coalition deployed about 240,000 soldiers in the battlefield. About 800 Israeli soldiers died, when over 12,000 Arab soldiers were killed in the fierce battle.
Israel built their little Empire from nothing: they make the desert bloom, and sell oranges, flowers and vegetables all over the world. The Jews have state-of-the-act economy with exports worth billions of dollars. It has sent satellites into space! God has prepared a table before them in the presence of their enemies.
The Lord also miraculously helped them to rescue about 103 Israeli hostages held in Entebbe, Uganda in 1976. 100 soldiers from Israel took part in the operation. They flew 2500 miles to rescue their nationals, and killed all the seven militants holding them hostage.
Let other nations of the world and their rulers, emulate Israel and leaders in serving and reverencing God. Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD: and the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. The LORD looks from heave; he beholds all the sons of men from the place of his habitation he looks upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashions their hearts alike, he considers all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; to deliver their soul from death, and keep them alive in famine” –Psalms 33: 12-19.
