A lady identified as cydny_pek has narrated how her boyfriend broke up with her after she decided to go ahead with the surgery because of him.
In the video, she was seen with a distorted nose as she wrote that her boyfriend forced her to do the surgery or they would break up.
She chose the surgery obviously because of her distorted nose. However, she revealed that her boyfriend still wants to break up with her because of the way she looks.
She pleaded with the public to beg her boyfriend not to leave her.
